French Property by Budget
Welcome to the Budget Area.....
Quick Start:
You can select a property by Budget from the menu on left. Choose a price range,
click and a listing of all properties is produced within the given budget range.
Most prices include the Agency Fees but NOT typically the Notaire's fees. Some Agencies do include the Notaire's fees. The agent will state if they are included.
Notaire' fees typically work out at between 6.25% (expensive properties) and 8.5% (cheaper properties). The % is based on the agreed purchase price.
Mortgages
Euro mortgages are available from many banks and financial institutions. There are many mortgage products available - currently the Euro base rate is cheaper then the UK mortgage rate.
